We are constantly shipping orders and work hard to ensure each order is shipped within 1-3 business days. Once they ship, they normally arrive within 1-8 business days via the shipping service.

All gift boxes are packaged in the gift boxes you chose, wrapped with a beautiful matching bow protected by bubble wrap or packaging in another box.

Currently, we only ship within the U.S. If you are really interested in an order and are not located in the U.S. contact us and we can arrange special deliveries!

Shipping is included in all ready to ship boxes (it’s free!) All marketplace items and build your own boxes have a small shipping charge

We do not accept returns or exchanges on any gift boxes (but trust us, the recipient will love them)! We do accept returns on items from the marketplace within 14 business days, but we have to charge a $8 return fee.

The marketplace is a shop to get all the great items from the gift boxes and more in one place! Now you are able to buy single products to spoil yourself or if you just want one item for a gift you may be making.

No, all marketplace items ship in normal mailers, unless you build a gift box!
